Here is my next 4 days. (and some summer plans)
I have at least 2 finals in the next week.
I have a genetics paper in lay terms due monday.
Book or Mormon read-a-thon this weekend starting tomorrow at 4.
I don't do homework on sundays.
I completely spaced doing 2 homework assignments this week.
I have a midterm tomorrow.
I'm helping plan my good friend baby shower.
I have at least 3 jobs for the summer.
A paper I get to redo to full credit before grades are due (the best TA ever).
Just dissected me last thing of the semester.
I am working on trying to publish at least once before my mission.
maybe volunteering with 2 or more professors this summer to get published.
I am so stressed I feel like crying.
I am also caring for a dog and a cat this weekend during the breaks of the BoM-a-thon.
2 of my classes are cancelled tomorrow (praise the Lord).
My inability to no get tricked or confused on my test questions will most likely result in my GPA dropping.
I've been in school for the last 6 semesters without a break.
I soon have to go to the YSA ward....
I want to earn at least half the money for my mission so it's not a burden on my parents.
I have a great ability to find projects when i'm stressed to aviod my stress which results in more stress.
I have done 1 + 5. + .4 on crocheting baby blankets in the last month. (working on 3)
my brain is fried, i'm having trouble falling asleep.
I want the semester to be over.

Grateful don't even cover it
I'm so grateful and thankful for all the
people who came and helped move 6 tons of hay in less than 2 hours. I
can't find a statement that shows or states how appreciative I am for
all who helped. I am so blessed to have amazing people around me, and
those beehives that showed up rocked and magnified that service
opportunity, and the men stacked and packed that hay so well. :-) Words
really can't describe how I feel. (Yes I know this is a direct quote from my facebook status)
Over the past 48 hours I have seen the Heavenly Fathers love so abundantly in my life. So I'll start this story at the beginning. One of my classes we have to find an invertebrate species and identify it down to the species using a Dichotomous Key. So I had a couple spiders that had been inside my house and I had a bunch of different microscopes but I couldn't see anything it was just too small. So I texted one of my friends who I've worked for and asked if I could go to her barn and get some spiders, cause she has some really big ones living there. She said yes, so I went over and we talked and she mentioned she had to have her barn cleaned out my Wednesday. So I mentioned I could bring a couple people over Monday to help because it's a holiday and there is no school.
Sunday at church I ask people to come help out and I don't have all the details but just tomorrow I need help moving some hay. So I find out about 4 we can do it around 10 am, and I call and email everyone who said they would be interested. The little beehives in my ward all volunteered and when I called I said, "please bring and invite as many people as you can, thanks so much for helping." I had been praying about it since the day before that people would be able to come and help.
This morning I arrived a couple minutes after 10 am I was so happy and grateful to see so many people show up and help and the enthusiasm with which they moved hay. I know hay isn't that exciting, and moving it isn't that fun and when you clean out 2 stalls worth it gets kind of hard to breathe. we moved 6 TONS of hay in less than 2 hours. Not only was the hay moved, it was unstacked, packed, restacked, unstacked and restacked. I never heard one person that didn't want to be there and people were smiling and sure at sometimes it felt like we had a little space with lots of people, but no one complained, people were smiling and joking around. More then anything I just wanted my friend to know that she was loved and people are willing to help, and it seemed like one of those "it came out of the woodworks (hopefully this is the right idiom)" type of events that people came together and I felt grateful that people who cared about me showed up and more importantly they chose to serve someone else who some of the didn't really know. Those little beehives are going to be leading this church one day, they were amazing. I feel like anything I say is inadequate of how blessed and loved I feel and how appreciative I am. Especially because this whole thing was really arranged in less than 36 hours. to me it was amazing to see that I could arrange this thing and have so many people participate and help. They were so willing to help again as well and I am so grateful to have amazing ward members. Especially when we needed other thing and people were like "I have a friend who has that" or "my house it right there I can go grab stuff." I don't know how to express my gratitude other then by saying thank you thank you thank you. :-)
Thanks so much to Brother Davis, Brother Sewell, Brittany, Brittany's friend (sorry I don't remember your name), Cassidy, Emily, Camilla, Mary, Sister Billings, Brother Billings, Sister Sowby, Brother Merrill, Andrew, and Brother Wilson. I know that some of the best blessings such as this can come from bad situations so I am so grateful for the love, support, service, smiles shared today.

Changes are good :-)
There are a couple things happening this weekend. First, The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter-Day Saints (LDS) announced that women can go on missions at 19 instead of 21. This was announced the day before my 18th birthday. I want to go on a mission and it may not happen the day I turn 19. But i'm going to start praying about it and studying. Also Brad Wilcox teaches a mission prep class and I can register for class for next semester in 22 days. :-) Going on a mission when I am 19 also means I could be for my mission for the last 11 of my best friends Stewart's mission. Wouldn't that be cool?
Then I cut my hair off, like all of my hair. (I didn't shave my head) but It is super short. I like it, and I still don't recognize myself when I look in the mirror. But it is easier to do my hair, there is no damaged/permed hair connected to my head.
I turned 18 today. It so crazy. it doesn't even seem like I can be this old. I finally found someone who has the same birthday as me. But even if I never did I know my ward buddy Courtney King would be the best day older than me - birthday buddy ever! We have been in the same ward for 13 years. It is crazy.
I am working full time and going to school full time and there never seems to be enough time to do anything. But I love staying busy.
I got to see Shiloh and Zara this week. She is so big. All of my niece and nephews are so big and so smart and I am so proud. I love them. :-)
My great friends Kenzie is dancing for Utah Regional Ballet and they has a performance last weekend and she was so fantastic!
General Conference was this weekend and it was so good! My favorites included:
Pres Monson - saturday announcement and sunday morning talk
Jeffrey R. Holland -Disciples and fishing - sunday morning?
Richard G. Scott- genealogy - sunday afternoon
M Russell Nelson - "The missionaries can help" - Saturday morning
"There is always repentance" - ? glasses and white combover?
There is another one from yesterday but I don't remember which one it was.
It also got down to 33 degrees last night in Provo, burr.
Jamies also came over yesterday at 5am after she'd been throwing up all night and slept right in front of the new, big tv. and I got to go to the sotre to get her stuff. Happy Birthday to me!
My brother Taylor and his family just called and sang happy birthday. They have a great chorus over in burbank! :-) then I got to speak to Emily, Olivia and Simeon and got descriptions on Sundances' face. It was a great phone call. :-) It's been a great weekend! :-)

Family
I don't think I realized how much my family siblings especially don't really care about gender roles. We get together and get the job done. Not to complain but I sometimes don't like misc because they think I can't help out or lift something heavy well I can, and i'm better at logistics a well too. I don't think the boys at my work get that.I know the boss wanted us to be careful girls especially but I can do things Gus can do and I know i'm the youngest but i'm also one of the fittest people here but i'm a girl.so anyways I kinda showed them up.
